Welcome to Ri Style. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Overview

We are a Bangladesh-based apparel business. All products—including full sleeve t-shirts, trousers, and other clothing items—are manufactured in our partnership factory located in Bangladesh and delivered within Bangladesh.

2.Product Information

We ensure all product descriptions, images, sizes, and colors are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
Orders cannot be modified after processing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across Bangladesh through recognized courier partners.
Delivery time usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the location.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product, only if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition
• There is a size issue or manufacturing defect

Customer must share proof (photo/video) for verification.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for cancelled or defective orders.
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or courier delays.
